Vietnam team finalizes list to play Australia: Dinh Trong absent, Bui Tien Dung returns
Center back Bui Tien Dung returns to the Vietnam national team lineup in the match against Australia on September 7 at My Dinh Stadium.
Vietnam teamhas finalized the list for the match against Australia at My Dinh Stadium on September 7. Accordingly, central defenders Dinh Trong and Van Thiet have been removed from the list.
Do Duy Manh also cannot play due to suspension. Bui Hoang Viet Anh and Tran Van Kien are the two players called by coach Park Hang-seo to replace him in the match against Australia.
Bui Hoang Viet Anh received the number 2 shirt to replace Duy Manh. Meanwhile, Van Kien kept the number 21 of Dinh Trong. Bui Tien Dung took back his familiar number 4.

Notably, central defender Bui Tien Dung returned. This player was injured and it seemed that he would not be able to play, but coach Park Hang-seo still put his name on the list.
Striker Nguyen Cong Phuong also failed to make it to the national team during this training session. Against a strong opponent like Australia, perhaps Coach Park Hang-seo’s players need to focus more on their defense.

The match between Vietnam and Australia will take place at 7:00 p.m. tomorrow, September 7, at My Dinh National Stadium and there will be no live spectators at the stadium.
