(Baonghean.vn) - The driver changed the date August 16, 2021 in the Covid-19 Rapid Test Result Confirmation Certificate to September 6, 2021 to avoid implementing disease prevention and control measures.

After an inspection discovered that two drivers had altered the date on the Covid-19 rapid test result certificate to clear the epidemic control checkpoint yesterday (September 5), this morning (September 6), Nghi Loc District Police discovered another driver committing a similar violation.

Accordingly, at 8:15 a.m. on September 6, at epidemic control checkpoint No. 10, in Nghi Long commune, the Nghi Loc district police working group inspected and discovered that a driver named D.HQ (born in 1990), residing in Dien Thai commune, Dien Chau district, had used a Covid-19 rapid test result confirmation paper with a date correction. Specifically, this driver had corrected the date August 16, 2021 in this paper to September 6, 2021 to avoid implementing Covid-19 epidemic prevention measures.

Apply Clause 2, Article 14 ofDecree No. 117/2020/ND-CPdated September 28, 2020 of the Government on administrative sanctions in the health sector, the Vice Chairman of Nghi Loc District People's Committee decided to fine driver D.HQ 7.5 million VND. Currently, driver Q. has complied with this penalty decision.
