The vaccination campaign took place in the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, so the preparation work was given great attention by Vinh City General Hospital, to ensure safety in disease prevention and control, while ensuring safety and vaccination.

In 2 days, at the vaccination site of the Vietnam - Germany College, thousands of people came to participate in vaccination. To organize vaccination to ensure safety during the epidemic season, properly implementing "5K", the hospital has carefully prepared, arranged areas and designed scientific and methodical processes at the vaccination sites, allocating appropriate time slots for each subject.

The hospital has increased the number of medical staff to guide, control, divide, and arrange seats to ensure distance and order. Screening is carried out in multiple rounds.

In addition, there is a mobile emergency team with full staff, medicine, medical equipment, and essential means to handle possible reactions.

In order to reform administrative procedures, minimize waiting time, limit crowds, and ensure safety for people when coming for vaccination, the hospital has thoroughly applied IT in all stages of the vaccination process; from registering vaccination information, sending invitations, to reception, screening, vaccination, and post-vaccination monitoring, aiming towards a paperless hospital.

Accordingly, before coming for vaccination, the hospital operator will guide the vaccination subjects on how to register for vaccination information by entering it directly on the website link. After entering, the vaccination subject will receive an invitation (with all necessary information about time, location, matters to note, etc.) via phone. The invitation has a QR code to scan for medical declaration at home before coming for vaccination.

When receiving vaccination, the person receiving the vaccination only needs to present the invitation on the phone and ID card/CCCD.

Screening, vaccination, and post-vaccination monitoring steps are all performed by doctors and nurses on software, without using any paperwork.

The hospital returns the Vaccination Certificate by QR code. This certificate is legally signed and has the same legal value as the red-stamped paper copy.
