Nghi Loc and 33 communes of Dien Chau move to new normal state
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to switch to implementing Directive 19 of the Prime Minister for the entire Nghi Loc district and 33/37 communes of Dien Chau district.
On September 17, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 3395/QD-UBND on adjusting measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the two localities of Dien Chau and Nghi Loc.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to switch to implementing Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister on continuing to implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the new situation for 33/37 communes and towns of Dien Chau district (except Dien Yen, Dien Doai, Dien Hong, Dien Nguyen communes) and the entire Nghi Loc district.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also authorized the Chairmen of the People's Committees of Dien Chau and Nghi Loc districts to base on Decision No. 2686/QD-BCĐ dated May 31, 2021 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on promulgating "Regulations on assessing the level of risk and corresponding administrative measures in Covid-19 prevention and control" to propose additional solutions suitable to the actual situation in the locality if necessary for each specific area.
Thus, up to now, Nghe An has had 17/21 localities implementing Directive 19/CT-TTg, moving to a new normal state. The whole province has recorded 1,808 Covid-19 patients in 21 localities; 1,479 have recovered and been discharged from hospital. In the past 24 hours, 4 positive cases were detected in Vinh City, Dien Chau and Do Luong./.
