Hometown: Dien Phong Commune, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province.
Residence: Tan Thanh 1 Block, Le Mao Ward, Vinh City.
Despite the devoted care and treatment of doctors, nurses, children, grandchildren, and friends, due to old age and poor health, she passed away at 5:30 a.m. on September 19, 2021 (ie August 13, Tan Suu year), at the age of 92.
Our family would like to sincerely thank:

Together with businesses, units, groups, individuals, brothers, close friends near and far, in-laws and neighbors... came to visit, send condolences, pay respects and send off our late grandmother, our mother, Mrs. Dau Thi Chat, to her final resting place at Sao Nam Hamlet Cemetery, Dien My Commune, Dien Chau District, in accordance with customs and regulations on epidemic prevention.
