According to the initial report, on the morning of September 25, patient TTN (registered residence in Block 6, Cua Nam Ward, currently residing in Block 2, Vinh Tan Ward) had symptoms of chest tightness and fatigue, so he went to Thai An General Hospital for examination. Through a rapid test, the patient tested positive. After that, the patient was sampled by PCR and the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus at 3:30 p.m. the same day.

Currently, through rapid testing for the patient's 3 children, one person has a suspicious result. Nghe An CDC has taken PCR test samples for all 4 people in the patient's family. The results are still not available.
Test results show that patient TTN was infected with Covid-19 within 7-10 days before being detected.
