(Baonghean.vn) - At 3:20 p.m. on September 26, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Command Center, Nghe An Provincial Police received a report of a drowning accident at sea in Quynh Lien commune (Hoang Mai town).

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police directed Fire Prevention and Rescue Team No. 9 to mobilize vehicles and forces to quickly arrive at the scene.
The victim was identified as Mr. LVT, (born in 1962), residing in Quynh Bang commune (Quynh Luu).missingwhile digging for clams in the sea area of Quynh Lien commune (Hoang Mai town).
Currently, rescue forces are actively searching for victims.
