In recent days, due to the impact of storm No. 6, Quynh Luu district has been flooded, thousands of houses were submerged, and many residential areas were isolated.

Faced with the above situation, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command has directed agencies and units to regularly monitor the area, grasp the flood situation, and ensure 100% of the military is ready to help the people; Flooded localities quickly mobilized officers, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces and means to coordinate with all levels and sectors to help people move people and property to safety.

In areas with strong currents and deep floods, the District Military Command assigned forces to be on duty to help people move safely.

Currently, in Quynh Luu district, some communes are still flooded from 1 to 1.5 meters. The Quynh Luu district military command mobilized 100% of the unit's military force and the militia and self-defense force to coordinate with local government departments and agencies to help the people.
