Arrested 2 subjects in inter-provincial drug ring, seized more than 2 kg of crystal meth
(Baonghean.vn) - While the Covid-19 epidemic is still complicated, two subjects in an inter-provincial drug ring still risked their lives crossing the forest to the Vietnam-Laos border to carry out "transactions".
At about 0:30 a.m. on October 2, 2021, in Tan Sang village, Ngoc Lam commune, the special task force led by the DepartmentDrug Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police and Thanh Chuong District Police co-chairedIn coordination with the Ministry of Public Security's Professional Department, Nghe An Provincial Police Department and Ngoc Lam Border Guard Station, they successfully broke the case, catching two subjects Hoang Van Quang and Le Van Dong red-handed for the act of "Illegal drug trafficking".

Searching the scene, the police seized 2 kg of crystal meth, 125 ecstasy pills, 1 knife, 1 motorbike and 3 cell phones.
During the arrest, the two subjects fiercely resisted the arresting force in an attempt to destroy the evidence and escape. However, they were subdued and captured along with the above evidence.
