On the night of October 2, in Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts (Nghe An), there was an incident.heavy rainin some areas, causing heavy damage to people in some communes. In particular, many areas of crops and traffic works were washed away and damaged. Today, functional forces have been mobilized to overcome the consequences of the flood.
Ms. Kha Thi Hien - Chairwoman of Tam Quang Commune People's Committee (Tuong Duong) said that more than 12 hectares of crops and flowers in the commune were affected, hundreds of livestock and poultry were swept away... Constructions such as drainage ditches, roads, bridges and Khe Bo market were also severely affected. The total damage amounted to over 1.7 billion VND.
We are mobilizing forces in the commune to help people overcome the consequences. It is likely that the rain will continue in the coming time, so we must urgently repair damaged structures," said Ms. Kha Thi Hien.

In Bao Thang commune (Ky Son), heavy rain also caused severe landslides on the road in Cha Ca 1 village. Today, the Bao Thang commune authorities and local people have focused on repairing and clearing the landslides.
