Voters of Quynh Luu district reflect many shortcomings when implementing hamlet mergers.
(Baonghean.vn) - During the meeting with voters at the National Assembly, many issues were reflected and recommended by voters of Quynh Hau commune, Quynh Luu district, including recommendations on Covid-19 vaccination for the entire population and the implementation of the policy of merging hamlets that are still inadequate.

Implementing the program of meeting voters before the 2nd session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of October 4, National Assembly deputies: Pham Phu Binh - Standing member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee; Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Vice President of the Women's Union of Nghe An province had a meeting with voters of Quynh Hau commune, Quynh Luu district.
At the meetingvotersOn behalf of the National Assembly delegates, delegate Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province informed voters about the expected content of the 2nd session of the 15th National Assembly.
Accordingly, at this meeting,National Assemblywill consider and approve 2 draft laws and 3 draft resolutions; including a resolution on a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.

During this session, the National Assembly will also consider and comment on five draft laws, including the Law on Mobile Police; the Law on Cinema; the Law on Insurance Business; the Law on Emulation and Commendation; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.

With an open, democratic and responsible spirit, voters expressed many thoughts, aspirations and recommendations to the National Assembly and the Government for attention and resolution.
Voter Tran Duc Huu - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Hau commune mentioned the complicated and unpredictable developments of the Covid-19 epidemic. To protect the health and lives of the people and maintain the new normal state of operation, he proposed that the National Assembly and the Government have solutions to vaccinate the entire population, along with promoting propaganda so that people understand the vaccine and proactively get vaccinated.
Along with vaccination, voter Tran Duc Huu also reflected on some shortcomings in implementing support policies for people affected by the Covid-19 epidemic according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP of the Government. Specifically, according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee, there are 9 categories of support, but there are no regulations on occupations such as carpenters, electricians, and painters. Along with that, it is necessary to implement the 4th round of electricity price reduction for people in Quynh Hau commune during the period of social distancing.

Voter Nguyen Van Hoa - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Hau commune proposed that all levels should have policies to support localities in building advanced new rural areas like Quynh Hau commune.
Voter Le Nam Thai (Hamlet 8) proposed that the National Assembly and the Government pay attention to resolving the compensation regime for land clearance for the National Highway 1A expansion project of the Government, which was implemented in 2014, to ensure the rights of the people.

Some proposed and reflected issues related to the restoration of the title of grassroots veterinary; the implementation of hamlet mergers is not drastic and poses some inadequacies in the management and allowance regime for non-professional workers in hamlets are also raised by voters.
National Assembly deputies and representatives of some provincial departments and branches, and leaders of Quynh Luu district explained issues raised by voters; at the same time, they affirmed that they would fully absorb the reflections to propose to the National Assembly, the Government, and central and local ministries and branches to resolve them in the coming time.
On this occasion, provincial National Assembly delegates presented 20 gifts to primary and secondary school students in Quynh Hau commune.
