*COn the afternoon of October 7, the Ministry of Transport held a conference to announce the Master Plan.port system developmentVietnam in the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. According to the plan, Vietnam will have 5 seaport groups. Of which, seaport group No. 1 includes 5 ports: Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh; Group No. 2 includes 6 seaports: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue.
