Nguyen Truong To Street, passing through Hung Dong Commune, is one of the most seriously degraded areas in Vinh City, with numerous potholes. In some sections, the entire road surface has been damaged and has collapsed, creating small ponds. Local residents said the reason for the severe deterioration of this road is that many large trucks used to travel on it regularly. To go through this road, many people had to get off their vehicles and walk for fear of falling. As for Le Huan Street, Hong Son Ward, some projects were delayed in restoring the ground after completion, causing the road surface to be bumpy and concave with a depth of more than 20 cm.
