| Mr. Le The Hieu - Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dien Chau district said that in order to cope with storm No. 8 moving into Nghe An, the district has directed localities to proactively prevent storms. By the afternoon of October 13, 100% of boats and rafts in the district (over 300) had returned to shore and anchored, while the district has deployed solutions to cope with the storm according to the direction of the province and the specific situation of the locality.
