(Baonghean.vn) - People returning from the South will gather at the Central Bus Station, on Vinh bypass instead of Quyet mountainside road to ensure safety before the storm makes landfall.

Information from the leaderVinh CityAccording to the direction of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, on the evening of October 13, the locality has moved the pick-up point for citizens returning home from the South. People will gather at the Central Bus Station, located on the Vinh bypass road instead of the Quyet mountainside road as before.

This is a solution to ensure people's safety before storm No. 8 makes landfall, which is expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds tonight and tomorrow.
