On the afternoon of October 21, Nghe An Department of Health issued urgent notice No. 81 about locations related to Covid-19 patients. These locations include;
1. Hong Tu fried rice restaurant, Lien Mau 1 hamlet, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district: from 5:30 p.m. to 6:05 p.m. on October 18, 2021;
2. Lien Khanh Hue noodle shop, Lien Mau 1 hamlet, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district: from 11:45 to 12:00 on October 19, 2021;
3. Phuong Nhung Mini Supermarket, Lien Mau 3 Hamlet, Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan District: from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on October 19, 2021;

4. Gas station 134, PTS Nghe Tinh, Hamlet 1, Nam Giang Commune, Nam Dan District (near Havina Kim Lien Company Limited): from 4:00 p.m. to 4:05 p.m. on October 20, 2021;
5. Ha Cong Restaurant, New Hamlet 5, Nam Linh Commune, Nam Dan District: from 9:30 to 9:45 on October 20, 2021;
7. Rapid test area, Vinh City General Hospital, No. 178 Tran Phu Street, Hong Son Ward, Vinh City: from 2:20 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on October 20, 2021;
8. Tam Duong shoe and handbag store, No. 08, Pham Kinh Vy Street, Vinh City: from 2:35 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. on October 20, 2021;
9. Tan Thi Shoe Store, No. 18, Pham Kinh Vy Street, Vinh City: from 2:45 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. on October 20, 2021;
10. Thao Beautygirl clothing shop, No. 22, Pham Kinh Vy street, Vinh city: from 2:50 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on October 20, 2021;
11. Vietinbank, No. 231, Le Duan Street, Vinh City: from 15:23 to 15:25 on October 20, 2021;
12. Northeast bus with license plate number: 37B-016.95 running on Vinh - Hoang Mai route: from 5:57 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. on October 20, 2021;
13. Vaccination point: Gymnasium - Military Hospital 4, Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City: from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 15, 2021.
