'Vietnamese quality' in the land of the White Birch
(Baonghean.vn) - The traditional ao dai and conical hat, brocade costumes of the Thai ethnic group... along with songs and music imbued with Vietnamese culture appeared on many large and small stages in faraway Russia. These meaningful events were contributed to by the efforts of a young man from Nghe An - Lo Pa Panh (born in 1996), born and raised in the mountainous district of Tuong Duong.
