Nghe An: 10-month budget revenue exceeds the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2021

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, the State budget revenue in the first 10 months of 2021 of Nghe An province is estimated at 14,642.96 billion VND, reaching 104.4% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2021 and increasing by 7.8% over the same period.

Of which, domestic revenue is estimated at VND 13,085.26 billion, reaching 102.4% of the estimate, up 3.2% over the same period (excluding land use fees and lottery revenue, domestic revenue reached VND 9,089.42 billion, reaching 93.1% of the estimate, up 2.0% over the same period); Revenue from import and export activities is estimated at VND 1,557.7 billion, reaching 124.6% of the estimate, up 72.2% over the same period in 2020.

Regarding local budget expenditure, in the first 10 months of 2021, it is estimated that VND 21,444.4 billion was implemented, reaching 83.4% of the estimate, of which development investment expenditure was VND 5,950 billion, reaching 91.5% of the estimate, regular expenditure was VND 15,104 billion, equal to 80.5% of the estimate.

According to the Department of Planning and Investment, despite many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the industrial production development index in October is still estimated to increase by 1.27% over the same period, and the total increase in 10 months is estimated at 16.03%. High growth sectors include: mining industry; processing and manufacturing industry; production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning.

As of October 21, the province has granted new licenses to 91 projects and adjusted 110 projects, with a total newly granted and increased investment capital of VND 25,154.61 billion; the number of projects increased by 44%, and the total investment increased by 2.85 times compared to the same period in 2020. The whole province has 1,492 newly established enterprises, 654 enterprises registered to resume operations, an increase of 150 enterprises compared to the same period in 2020.

Regarding the task of disbursing public investment capital, as of October 10, the concentrated public investment capital managed by the province has disbursed VND 1,927,349 million, reaching 61.44% of the detailed plan assigned before the Prime Minister assigned the Medium-term Plan for the period 2021-2025.

The province has adjusted and transferred the third phase of the 2021 public investment capital plan and the 2020 public investment plan, extending the implementation and disbursement period to 2021 of 28 slow-disbursement projects to 11 projects with good disbursement progress and in need of additional capital, the transferred capital is 77,854 billion VND.

As of October 14, the province has approved support for 37,423 beneficiaries with a support budget of VND55,841.168 million for people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic according to the Government's Resolutions. The Social Insurance sector has also paid 11,831 employees participating in unemployment insurance with a total amount of more than VND28,656 million.

In addition to the task of socio-economic development, the task of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the province is also entering a new phase when the number of infections in the community and in the blockaded areas has recently continuously increased.

Since October 7 (the day the first case was recorded, a person returning from the southern provinces and cities), Nghe An has had 439 more Covid-19 patients, including dozens of community infections... Although the Covid-19 epidemic in the province is under control,The risk of a widespread outbreak is very high.
