Innovation in the Party's inspection and supervision of personnel work
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 26, the Central Organizing Committee coordinated with the Organizing Committees of Nghe An and Bac Giang Provincial Party Committees to organize an online scientific workshop on the topic "Innovation in the Party's inspection and supervision of personnel work in the current situation".
At the Central bridge, comrade Phan Thang An - Standing member of the Central Internal Political Protection Subcommittee, Director of the Internal Political Protection Department, Central Organizing Committee chaired the bridge.
At Nghe An bridge, there was the participation of comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, along with leaders of Vinh University, Provincial Police and leaders and experts of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

The workshop received 27 presentations and listened to many opinions and direct discussions. The presentations continued to affirm the Party's viewpoint: Cadre work is the root and key of Party building work; the Party has issued many resolutions, directives, regulations and conclusions on cadre work to lead and direct the building of a cadre team with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to match the task.

Speaking at the workshop, comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee emphasized: Inspection and supervision work plays a very important role in Party building work in general and in personnel work in particular, so in the past time, Nghe An has always paid attention to inspection and supervision work on personnel work. During the 2015 - 2020 term, in general, Party committees, Party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels from the provincial to grassroots levels have strengthened leadership, direction, and organization of inspection and supervision work, achieving many important results.
However, the work of cadres and the quality of cadres in Nghe An currently still have certain limitations; requiring the strengthening of inspection and supervision in the coming time for cadre work, focusing on some basic tasks such as:

Wednesday,Select content and priority objects for inspection and monitoring in accordance with practical requirements.Strengthen supervision of subordinate party organizations, especially those where there are signs of internal disunity, signs of violations, new and complicated problems arising, and pressing issues that concern cadres, party members, and the people.
Thursday,Continue to strengthen and improve the quality of the Party's inspection staff and the staff of personnel organization.
Friday,promote the people's supervisory role in personnel work. At the same time, from the practice of inspecting and supervising the personnel work of the province, he also proposed to the Central Government some contents to contribute to improving the quality of inspection and supervision of personnel work in the coming time.
Concluding the Workshop, Comrade Phan Thang An - Standing Member of the Central Internal Political Protection Subcommittee, Director of the Internal Political Protection Department, Central Organizing Committee affirmed the political, scientific and practical significance of the Workshop "Innovation of the Party's inspection and supervision of cadre work in the current situation". He stated that after the Workshop, based on the research results and proposed opinions, the Workshop Organizing Committee will be responsible for synthesizing and developing a Report recommending to the Politburo and the Secretariat tasks and solutions to improve the quality of inspection and supervision of cadre work in the coming time.
