However, through the reflection of some parents, students and the media, there are still some educational institutions that have not implemented seriously such as collecting fees in violation of regulations, collecting some fees without approval from competent authorities...

Educational institutions need to extend the collection period and not collect multiple fees at the same time.

On that basis, strictly handle the collectives and individuals who have violated the regulations (especially the heads of the units) that have allowed the revenue and expenditure to be collected and spent in violation of regulations.
