The COVID-19 pandemic is making its mark in the history of humanity in the early years of the 21st century, severely affecting all aspects of social life. Every country and every nation is deeply aware of the enormous consequences and negative global impacts of the epidemic.
Our country has gone through difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Up to now, we have basically controlled the fourth outbreak nationwide, although there are still many difficulties and challenges ahead.
In such difficult times, patriotism, religious solidarity in the great national solidarity bloc, cultural values, good ethics, and the spirit of living a good life and a good religion are the strength of Vietnam. We have faith in victory thanks to the will and determination of the Party, the State, the political system, and the consensus of all classes of people.
With that belief being kindled, religious dignitaries have mobilized and united religious people to strictly comply with the State's regulations on epidemic prevention and control, upholding the spirit of civic responsibility to the country. Many religious activities and important ceremonies have been suspended or canceled. But all religious people have unanimously carried it out, all for the health of the community, for the safety of society. Those meaningful actions, as President Ho Chi Minh said, "all religions come from compassion and humanity".
With that belief lit up, we have clearly seen beautiful pictures drawn by the responsibility and compassion of religious dignitaries, followers and fellow believers. Many people have not been afraid of hardship and danger, willing to join the front line to fight the epidemic and do charity work to support their fellow countrymen. In that journey full of good deeds, there are examples that have passed away forever.
We are all touched, impressed and grateful for the golden hearts for the community.
That belief is ignited, many religious dignitaries are examples, inspiring and encouraging religious followers to act together to defeat the epidemic.
In the coming time, we will implement the economic recovery and development program, safely and flexibly adapt, and effectively control the COVID-19 epidemic. The contributions of religious dignitaries and followers are meaningful factors for us to quickly recover the country's economy and bring a good and prosperous life to the people.
The Party, State and people acknowledge and appreciate the good values that religious dignitaries, officials and followers have done and contributed to the community and the country. The Government always pays attention to and creates conditions to implement the provisions of the Constitution and laws on freedom of belief and religion in Vietnam and to stick together and accompany the nation. In that spirit, I call on religious dignitaries, officials and followers to continue to unite, join hands and be of one mind with the government and people in the work of preventing and fighting the epidemic and developing the country's socio-economy.
Wishing all dignitaries, officials, leaders of religious organizations and religious people good health, peace and many achievements./.
