“For the fans” is a mandatory, traditional content, which every player seems to understand and carry out from their heart. But “for the family” is a completely new, personal content, so why is it being “shouted” out publicly now alongside the two major contents “Vietnam” and “fans”?
Obviously, in the perception of each player as well as the majority of fans, there has been a change in a more practical and clearer direction, not general slogans like before. Let's ask, if we only serve fans in a general way, who will be the one to devote themselves to the common good, to the collective? There may be one or more people, but will that be sustainable in the long term?

But if the players and the team, as well as the fans, are clearly aware that the benefits and achievements of the team can only be achieved on the basis of the interests and achievements of each individual being guaranteed in harmony, promoted synchronously, then it will be sustainable, stable and developed. Each player is aware and acts correctly to enjoy the results they deserve, in which the benefits for themselves and their families are very important. If the individual and family are stable and happy, the player will feel secure in contributing and vice versa.
The Vietnamese futsal team participated in the World Cup twice, both times passing the qualifying round, bringing great pride to Vietnamese football in the international arena. Here, the story of outstanding professional development goes hand in hand with the awareness and actions of the whole team and each player, from many different perspectives, including the new awareness of "for the family" mentioned above. That is something worth thinking about, not only for the players - athletes.
