Currently, Nghe An's total policy capital has reached nearly 10,000 billion VND; loan turnover has reached about 2,500 billion VND, of which the loan program for newly escaped poverty households has the highest turnover, with over 640 billion VND. The traditional craft village of making rice paper in Trung Yen in Dien Ngoc commune (Dien Chau) has 32 households producing it.
