On the afternoon of November 2, the Center for Disease Control (CDC)Nghe AnInformation: In the past 12 hours (From 06:00 to 18:00 on November 2), Nghe An recorded7 new positive cases of Covid-19 in 2 localities(Con Cuong: 04,Quynh Luu: 03). All have been quarantined in advance (03 cases are F1, 04 cases from the Southern provinces).

Accumulated from the beginning of the epidemic season until now, the province has recorded2,498 Covid-19 patients in 21 localities: Vinh City: 758, Yen Thanh: 245, Dien Chau: 221, Quynh Luu: 200, Cua Lo: 161, Con Cuong: 132, Nghi Loc: 117, Nam Dan: 96, Hung Nguyen: 87, Ky Son: 77, Que Phong: 73, Do Luong: 54, Tan Ky: 44, Tuong Duong: 44, Nghia Dan: 38, Anh Son: 36, Thanh Chuong: 33, Hoang Mai: 28, Quy Hop: 27, Thai Hoa: 14, Quy Chau: 13.
Cumulative number of patients who have recovered and been discharged from hospital: 2,181 patients. Cumulative number of patients who have died: 20 patients. Number of patients currently being treated: 297 patients.
* The total number of citizens returning from the southern provinces from October 1 to present is 28,151. 393 positive cases were detected (390 new infections, 3 re-positive cases).

1.Patient HTH, female, born in 1974.Address: Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district. The patient is F1 of patient H.D.N who was previously announced. The patient was isolated and had a sample taken for testing and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On November 2, the result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
2.Patient HTN, female, born in 1993. Address: Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district. The patient is F1 of patient H.D.N who was previously announced. The patient was isolated and had samples taken for testing and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On November 2, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
3.Patient HTP, female, born in 1988.Address: Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district. The patient is F1 of patient H.D.N who was previously announced. The patient was quarantined and had samples taken for testing and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On November 2, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
4.BN BSH, male, born in 1990Address: Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district. The patient traveled from Binh Duong to Con Cuong on October 9. The patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 of Con Cuong district and had samples taken for testing. On November 2, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
5.Patient VTH, female, born in 1990Address: Binh Chuan Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient traveled from Dong Nai to Con Cuong on October 9. The patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 of Con Cuong District and had samples taken for testing. On November 2, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
6. Patient PVT, male, born in 1987Address: Chau Khe commune, Con Cuong district. The patient traveled from Binh Duong to Con Cuong on October 9. The patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 of Con Cuong district and had samples taken for testing. On November 2, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
7. Patient LVG, male, born in 1986.Address: Thach Ngan commune, Con Cuong district. The patient traveled from Bac Lieu to Con Cuong on October 11. The patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 of Con Cuong district and had samples taken for testing. On November 2, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
