Actress Luong Thu Trang shares the reason for limiting online interactions or meeting her male co-stars off screen.

The role left many injuries

- Up to now, having completed the role of Hoa in "Mirror Mask", have you completely left the role or are you still haunted by something?

Right now with Trang everything is still intact and very clear.Mirror maskis a project that left a lot of marks on the page in her career. A movie that not only touched my curiosity and interest but also was a challenge for me, so Trang thinks those things will remain in me for a long time.

- It seems that this role not only gave you a headache about how to act but also caused you a lot of bruises?

The crime police series certainly cannot avoid difficult scenes and dangerous settings. To make it as realistic as possible, the crew and actors had to work very hard. But that is the very special color and appeal of the detective series.

At first, when playing the role, Trang really faced a lot of pressure and the way of acting, portraying the character and the action scenes. But I really wanted to overcome all of that, so in the film, I did not use a stunt double. As a female actress, there are still many limitations, so the director and the crew always supported Trang to the fullest to help her complete these scenes.

Luong Thu Trang's feminine and sexy image in real life is completely different from the character Hoa in "Mirror Mask".

- Which scene in "Mirror Mask" still haunts you?

Trang feels that every scene has its own mark because it requires a lot of rationality. Sometimes I feel tired for Hoa because she thinks too much and has too many emotions. Even when filming, I feel very stressed. There are many injuries. Hoa is present in every scene. And threats are always around, so collisions happen in almost every episode. There are times when I can't lift my arms and legs because of too many bruises and scratches.

Respect your co-star's privacy

- You said that you didn't have a day off for almost 2 years from "Sunflower Against the Sun" to "Glass Mask". Just filming two movies took up all your time? What made you able to stick with TV dramas despite the low salary and hardship?

The profession chooses people, knowing that it is very hard but still passionate and Trang is the same. Trang thinks that film salary is not the ultimate goal of all filmmakers. Knowing that it is hard but having emotions that other professions do not have, experiences that not everyone is lucky enough to have.

Since closingSunflowers against the sun,Page was given exactly 20 days off to get started on the project.Mirror mask.Work just keeps me going during those times. Although it takes up a lot of time, sometimes there is no time for myself, but there are always strangely attractive things. Trang believes that other actors are as passionate about the hardships of film as Trang.

Luong Thu Trang has many romantic scenes with Viet Anh in "Sunflower Against the Sun" but the actress always keeps the principle of limiting interactions with her co-stars outside.

- While other actors actively interact with each other on social networks, even doing photo shoots together, you almost never talk to your male co-stars, and you're not even friends on Facebook. Why is that?

Everyone has their own personal opinion. Thu Trang only limits her interactions with her male co-stars. Because her situation is different from theirs. Everyone has a family and relationships that need to be protected. Trang does this to respect her co-stars' privacy.

- Are you afraid of being misunderstood as being very snobbish?

Trang has many friends but not many who understand and are close to her. Trang is not afraid of what people say about her because no one really has the responsibility to understand her. Those who have played and interacted with her often call Trang a man, not the image of a spoiled brat like everyone thinks.

Worry and feel guilty towards the child

- With such a busy filming schedule, how do you manage time to take care of your son and yourself? When you're so busy, how can you have time for love?

Trang always identifies her goals and outlines them in each stage. It may make her not have time to live for herself, but Trang likes it that way. Trang still loves, but she is not the type of person who spends all her time on emotions.

As for her son, Trang is still very worried and feels very guilty towards him. However, she has never put pressure on Trang to spend less time with him, but on the contrary, she always encourages him whenever she sees me tired after work. Whenever I have free time outside of work, my priority is always my son. I am close to him and share with him like a close friend about work as well as about my feelings so that he can understand me more deeply and be more tolerant of me.

- Many actors easily fall in love with each other after playing lovers or husband and wife on film. Are you the type of person who easily falls in love with your co-stars? Do you intend to find a partner in the same profession?

Perhaps Trang's working attitude and interaction with her co-stars are already very clear answers. And personally, I always understand that making art takes up too much time, so Trang is afraid that her other half, if in the same profession, would not have time for themselves, let alone time to care about her.

Don't be afraid to open up

- It's been a long time since you broke up, you're beautiful, rich, famous, surely you have a lot of men chasing you like Minh HH? Do men often bother you or say rude words to you?

Rude words were fine in the past, but not now. For Trang, whether they are good or not is not important, but how much sympathy and love they have for her. Trang has broken down, so being selective is the right thing to do. Whether it is Trang or any single mother, it is the same. That is how they avoid being hurt again. But Trang is not afraid to open up. What is important is that the person makes Trang feel protected.

- At the age of over 30, when you have enough experience, do you think about finding a new place to rely on when you are tired? What type of man do you like, does it have to be a rich man?

Everything depends on "fate". Sometimes I am tired and weak and need someone to lean on, but it's not something that can be obtained just because I want it. Trang's criteria are not too high, but now she lives much more realistically. A rich man is fine, a not-so-rich man is fine too, but at least he must give me the feeling of being a support. Every woman needs to be loved and protected, no one can be strong for too long.
