(Baonghean) - The national coastal road project through Nghi Loc is nearly 0.7km long, affecting 56 households. Determining the importance of the road, Nghi Loc district leaders and the district's Compensation and Site Clearance Council have actively focused on site clearance.

Projectcoastal roadThe section through Cua Lo Town, Nghi Loc District was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 4429/QD.UBND dated October 29, 2019 with a length of 7.442 km, of which the section through Nghi Loc District is 1.09 km and Cua Lo Town is 6.352 km. Currently, the agricultural land section through Nghi Loc has been cleared. Regarding residential land and garden land, the length of Nghi Loc is 0.33km, affecting 37 households including: 24 households on the main route (affecting 08 households on vacant land, 07 households on fences, 02 households on barns and 07 households on main houses). At the intersection, 13 households are affected (affecting 5 kiosks, 3 main houses, 5 vacant lots) and the fence of the Paper Materials Company.

On the main route approved by the district 24/24h, 23 households have handed over the land; there is still 1 household with land at Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu.

Specifically, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu's household has approved the BTHT plan, and the family has received the property money. The family requested compensation for an area of over 370 m2 in the planning for residential land purposes because they have built houses and other works for daily life, and considered a plot for their son and his wife who are living together. The BTGPMB Council is submitting a handling plan to the District People's Committee because this is a legitimate request. At the QL46 intersection, there are still 13 households with residential land (9 households have approved and 4 households have not approved) and the fence of the Paper Materials Company. The households have received resettlement land and are waiting for the issuance of land use right certificates.

The current difficulty is that there is an empty plot of land that cannot be found by the owner. The council has notified many times but has not received any response so it has not been approved. Some households with red books are mortgaging the land with the bank so the plan is still being processed.

Field observations show that the resettlement area has been marked, the plots are being divided into plots and the infrastructure is being completed. District leaders are focusing on directing the rapid completion and quality of the resettlement area infrastructure so that people can feel secure in receiving their new locations.

Currently, the coastal road project phase 2 is preparing for investment. The completion of phase 1 construction needs to be urgently completed to facilitate the disbursement of public investment capital and ensure project progress meets requirements.
