*COn the afternoon of November 12, in Hanoi, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi organized the program "Giving funds to support the Central and Northwestern provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods".

At the program, the leaders of Hanoi City presented 1 billion VND to each of the 7 provinces in the Central and Northwestern regions to help overcome the damage caused by recent floods. On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province received the gift and thanked Hanoi City for the noble gesture and precious heart.

DIt is expected that by December 31, 2021, the whole province will have300/411 communes meet new rural standards, 26 communes have met the advanced new rural standards; 2 communes have met the model new rural standards; 7 district-level units have completed their tasks/met the new rural standards. This information was announced by the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development at the special meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in November 2021.

Also at the meeting, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee agreed to submit to the Provincial People's Council to amend Resolution No. 22/2019,Add 2 positionsnon-professional workers at the commune level: Veterinary; Plant protection - Agricultural extension - Forestry extension - Fisheries extension. *NOn November 12, localities in Ha Tinh and Nghe An are urgently announcing,find someone who has been to karaokeAn Hong (Block 1, Xuan An Town, Nghi Xuan District, Ha Tinh Province). Authorities recommend that people who have been to this location from November 3 to November 11 should immediately contact the nearest medical station for support.

Regarding this outbreak, Mr. Le Viet Hung - Director of Nghi Xuan District Medical Center (Ha Tinh) said: "Through camera extraction at the bar, from November 3 to November 11, there were 110 groups of guests coming to sing. If each group has an average of about 5 guests, the number of F1 has reached nearly 600 people.
