Joining the celebration with the cadres and people of hamlet C3 were comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Colonel Tran Dang Khoa - Deputy Political Commissar of the Border Guard of Nghe An province; Le Van Ngoc - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Nguyen Hai Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Thanh Chuong District Party Committee.

Hamlet C3 was established at the end of 2019 on the basis of merging 3 hamlets and currently the hamlet has 243 households with 880 people.

In 2021, closely following the guidelines and policies of the Party and State at all levels as well as the unified action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, the Working CommitteefrontThe hamlet has actively promoted and encouraged people to carry out many effective patriotic emulation movements and campaigns.

Notably, propaganda and mobilization of people to actively vote for deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term with a 100% voter turnout.

Actively propagate and mobilize people to unite and comply with anti-epidemic measures.Covid-19as well as contributing to the Covid-19 prevention and control fund, supporting necessities for people in Ho Chi Minh City and some localities in the province to fight the epidemic.

The Front’s working committee coordinates with the Party cell and management board to propagate and mobilize people to overcome difficulties in the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring the maintenance of production and business development, stabilizing life; at the same time, unite to help and support households and people in difficulty.

Currently, the hamlet still has 4 poor households and 11 near-poor households. Along with that, we are propagating and mobilizing people to unite to donate land, property, and contribute money to build new rural areas, creating an increasingly clean and beautiful rural environment.

Movements to build cultural life, "Repaying gratitude", Fund for the poor... are well implemented.

Talking with cadres and people of hamlet C3, comradeNguyen Nam Dinh- Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council shared his joy at the efforts and results of the hamlet's cadres and people in the past time; at the same time, he hoped that the cadres and people would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity to bring the hamlet's movement to achieve higher results in 2022.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also emphasized a number of contents that cadres and people continue to unite to implement well; the focus and priority number 1 is the task of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the spirit of "Safe and flexible adaptation, effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic".
