Exciting 'Golden Bell' contest to learn about adolescent and youth reproductive health
(Baonghean.vn) - At the end of the "Golden Bell" contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, and 1 Third Prize to outstanding contestants.
On the afternoon of November 15, the Nghe An Department of Population and Family Planning coordinated with the Thanh Chuong District Medical Center to organize the "Ring the Golden Bell" contest to learn about knowledge about population and reproductive health for adolescents and young people at Dang Thai Mai High School.

The contest had the participation of 100 students from 3 blocks of the school and more than 1,000 students came to cheer and encourage the contestants.

Participating in the contest, the contestants went through 30 interesting and useful questions about Population - Reproductive Health for adolescents and young people. The questions and situations were close and practical to the age of the students.
These are signs of puberty, the harmful effects of teenage pregnancy, skills to prevent abuse, life skills, issues of gender imbalance as well as local population characteristics...
In addition, knowledge about the COVID-19 pandemic, traditions and activities of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Knowledge about Culture - Society, History, homeland traditions... are also included, creating a practical and useful playground for students.

Speaking at the contest, Mr. Nguyen Ba Tan - Head of the Department of Population and Family Planning of Nghe An emphasized that reproductive health care for adolescents and young people is one of the important factors that determine the quality of the population, the quality of human resources and the future of the race.
With the desire to accompany schools in improving knowledge about reproductive health care for adolescents and young people, in recent times, the Health - Population sector has coordinated with the Education and Training sector and the Youth Union to organize many meaningful communication activities.

The contest "Ring the Golden Bell to learn about reproductive health knowledge for adolescents and young people this year was held in many units such as Thanh Chuong, Anh Son, Nam Dan, Yen Thanh.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, and 1 third prize to outstanding contestants.
