Hamlet 2 - Vin Village, Dien Loi Commune has 342 households, 1,299 people, with 11 self-governing groups. The hamlet has a developed cultural and artistic movement. The people are diligent, hard-working, dynamic, and creative in labor and production. In 2004, the hamlet was recognized as a Cultural Unit by Dien Chau District.
Over the years, the cadres and people of Hamlet 2 - Vin Village have always been united and had many exciting activities in various fields; effectively implementing the Campaign "All peopleunitebuilding new countryside, civilized urban areas".

In 2021, the average income of people in the hamlet reached 47.9 million VND/year.
Participating in the construction of new rural areas, the people of Hamlet 2 - Vin Village donated 63.7 m2 of land to open roads; voluntarily contributed 835 million VND to complete the internal traffic routes...
