Monitoring the implementation of Project No. 01-DA/TU in Dien Chau.
(Baonghean.vn) - Monitoring has shown that the implementation of Project No. 01-DA/TU in Dien Chau district has achieved some results: The branches have introduced 9 outstanding individuals to the Party branches under the project's scope for training, and 6 new Party members have been admitted.
From November 16, 2021, the Provincial Party Committee's Monitoring Team, led by Comrade Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, and other members of the working group, conducted a monitoring visit on the leadership, direction, organization, and implementation of Project No. 01-DA/TU, dated August 10, 2016, of the 18th Provincial Party Committee (2015-2020 term) and Conclusion No. 95-KL/TU, dated July 5, 2021, of the 19th Provincial Party Committee (2020-2025 term) on "Building Party branches and developing Party members in blocks, hamlets, and villages without Party branches or Party members, and blocks, hamlets, and villages at risk of no longer having Party branches in the 2016-2020 period" at the Dien Chau District Party Committee.

After hearing the report from the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on the results of self-monitoring by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Project, and the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries, the delegation worked with relevant collectives and individuals, inspected documents, and worked with the three Party Committees subject to the Project, namely Dien Quang, Dien Trung, and Dien Hai.
Through monitoring, it was observed that the implementation of Project No. 01-DA/TU in Dien Chau district achieved several results: The branches introduced 9 outstanding individuals to the Party branches under the Project's purview for training, resulting in the admission of 6 new Party members, including 3 members of Catholic origin; 2 hamlets were removed from the Project's scope; all 287/287 blocks and hamlets in the district have Party branches, eliminating the situation of combined Party branch meetings; all officials serving as heads and deputy heads of mass organizations at the commune level in the project's participating communes are Party members; 100% of hamlets have political and social organizations.
In addition, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also pointed out limitations, shortcomings, causes, and proposed specific solutions to effectively implement Project No. 01-DA/TU, dated August 10, 2016, of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, 18th term (2015-2020) and Conclusion No. 95-KL/TU, dated July 5, 2021, of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, 19th term (2020-2025) on "Building Party branches and developing Party members in blocks, hamlets, and villages that do not yet have Party branches or Party members, and blocks, hamlets, and villages at risk of no longer having Party branches in the near future."
