Accordingly, on November 19, Market Management Team No. 1 - Nghe An Province Market Management Department coordinated with Dien Chau District Police to inspect a car with license plate 63H - 0113 driven by Mr. Truong Van Meo, residing in My Long Commune, Cai Lay District, Tien Giang Province.

At the time of inspection, the driver could not present relevant documents clearly proving the origin.
