At that time, the tanker truck was traveling from Cau Ro to Thanh Thuy commune. It was raining, and when it reached a curve, due to not being able to control its speed, the tanker truck crashed through the iron railing and continued to rush into a resident's garden, overturning 8 meters away.

At the scene, about 10m of iron railing was crushed by the tanker truck. The front of the tanker truck was deformed. A large piece of corrugated iron broke off the front of the truck. The injured driver was taken to the emergency room. At that time, there was no one in the garden of the house.
