Nghe An: 35 candidates awarded the Reading Culture Ambassador award
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 21, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held the closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the 3rd Nghe An Province Reading Culture Ambassador Contest, 2021.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; leaders of the Department of Education and Training; representatives of departments, branches, sectors, and provincial units; prize-winning contestants and students in Vinh city.

CompetitionCultural AmbassadorThe 3rd Nghe An Provincial Library Contest 2021 was launched on April 21 (Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day) and ended on July 5. Information about the contest was sent to the Department of Education and Training, High Schools of districts, cities and towns in the province and posted on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Education and Training, and the Facebook page of Nghe An Provincial Library.
After 2 months of launching, there are more than 21,000Contest entry, of which, nearly 5,000 entries were selected and sent to the Organizing Committee. In addition to the entries in Vietnamese, there were also 112 bilingual entries in English - Vietnamese and 12 entries in video format.

Most of the entries were carefully done, presented neatly, had beautiful handwriting, coherent writing style, reasonable layout, and were related to themselves, their units, and their localities in accordance with reality. The new and more outstanding point compared to 2 years ago is that the entries used many illustrations, creating more vividness and appeal.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 collective prizes (1 First prize, 2 Second prizes); 35 individual prizes (3 First prizes, 6 Second prizes, 9 Third prizes, 17 Special prizes for primary, secondary and high school levels) and selected 20 best entries to participate in the national final round.
LIVEfinal roundNationwide, Nghe An province has 10 prize-winning entries, continuing to be in the top provinces in terms of the number of high-winning entries with 1 Second Prize, 3 Third Prizes, 5 Consolation Prizes and 1 Special Prize.
