Taking on new responsibilities, judges have many advantages but also many challenges when the increasingly developing socio-economic conditions lead to an increase in many types of crimes, civil disputes, and administrative complaints.
The implementation of judicial power and protection of justice, protection of human rights, civil rights, protection of the socialist regime, protection of the interests of the State, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals by the Court will therefore become increasingly numerous, complicated, and stressful.
Therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that judges, especially the 12 newly appointed comrades, continue to practice and uphold the spirit of the rule of law in adjudication; preserve and protect the law, without bias; be completely impartial, not for personal gain.

Each verdict must be fair, objective, and accurate to both subdue criminals and convince the people, have the effect of educating the law, guiding the behavior of the people and the whole society; and maintain the prestige of the People's Court system before the Party, the State, and the people.
Along with that, judges need to continue to practice, cultivate, and strive to do their jobs well because each decision affects the rights of citizens and the prestige of the court.
Regarding comrade Tran Ngoc Son - Party Secretary, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court who has just been appointed as a Senior Judge, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that he should continue to promote the responsibility of the head of the People's Court at two levels of Nghe An province; set an example for cadres and civil servants in studying, training, and performing their duties.

In the management and leadership work, you need to continue to direct the acceleration of resolving and adjudicating all types of cases, focusing on resolving civil and administrative cases, not allowing them to be left behind; adjudicating criminal cases within the time limit prescribed by law. The trial process must not allow for wrongful convictions or criminals to escape, and must be highly serious; and mediation work must be strengthened, especially for civil cases.
Continue to direct the implementation of the project to organize the apparatus according to the Law on Organization of People's Courts and Resolution 18, to build a team of officials of the provincial Court sector that is compact but sophisticated, meeting the requirements of the work.
The head of the Provincial Party Committee also suggested continuing to pay attention to grasping the thoughts, aspirations, ideological situation, life and work of cadres and civil servants in the whole sector; thereby encouraging and motivating everyone to strive together, join hands to build the Nghe An Court sector to always be a common home, united in work; affectionate and sharing in life.
