Provincial People's Council will question the content of mineral management and support for people affected by Covid-19
(Baonghean.vn) - At the press conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council announced that it planned to question two department directors related to state management of minerals and support and job creation for workers and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders and reporters of a number of local and resident press agencies.
Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.
At the press conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation andPeople's CouncilThe province has announced the expected program and content of the 4th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.
Accordingly, the meeting is scheduled to take place for 2 and a half days, from December 7 to 9, 2021, in Vinh city. At this meeting, the Provincial People's Council will consider 30 reports. Of particular interest is the report on the situationsocio-economicimplementation of the public investment plan in 2021, tasks for 2022; report on Covid-19 prevention and control work and implementation of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the pandemicCovid-192021; report synthesizing voters' opinions and recommendations before the 4th session of the Provincial People's Council.
In addition to carrying out personnel work within its authority, the session will also consider and decide to approve 37 resolutions in the fields of socio-economics, national defense and security. Among them, there are many important resolutions, such as the Resolution on the medium-term public investment plan, period 2021-2025; Resolution on a number of policies to support agricultural and rural development in Nghe An province, period 2022-2025; Resolution on the number, titles, allowances, regimes, and policies fornon-professional activistand other subjects in communes, wards, towns, hamlets, blocks and villages in Nghe An province.
There is also a resolution stipulating a number of measures to strengthen the clearance of violations of road, railway and sidewalk traffic safety corridors in the province, period 2022-2025; Resolution stipulating a mechanism to partially support tuition fees for the 2021-2022 school year for preschool children and primary school students in Nghe An province due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic; Resolution stipulating the price of SAR-CoV-2 testing services not covered by the Health Insurance Fund in state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities in Nghe An province...

The Provincial People's Council also considered and approved the Resolution on establishing a specialized Supervision Team of the Provincial People's Council "on training and development work".human resourcesin Nghe An province, period 2015 - 2020" and the Thematic Supervision Delegation of the Provincial People's Council "on suspended projects, slow-progress projects and projects using land for the wrong purpose in Nghe An province".
At this session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council plans to submit two contents to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision. In the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council continues to innovate the preparation work and the way of organizing the session to ensure the session takes place with quality, efficiency and safety.
With the goal of continuing to implement administrative reforms and moving towards a “paperless meeting”, all documents for this meeting have been and will be sent in advance to delegates via email and document management software so that delegates have time to study, partly reducing costs and printing time for specialized agencies.
