Nghe An Provincial Fatherland Front Committee received more than 1.2 billion VND to support the prevention and fight against Covid-19 epidemic
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 7, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province received more than 1.2 billion VND in support of the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund from the Nghe An Provincial Veterans Association, the Nghe An branch of the Vietnam Cooperative, and An Nam Matsuoka Garment Company (Southeast Economic Zone).

According to statistics from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, up to now, the Provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund has received 248.7 billion VND from agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals in the area to register and support.
Speaking at the reception ceremony, comrade Truong Thiet Hung - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province thanked the organizations, units and businesses for their heart and responsibility for the community in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic and the people of Nghe An. At the same time, he pledged to effectively use the funding to support the frontline forces and people in isolated areas; and contribute to the national vaccine fund.
The epidemic situation is still complicated, in the coming time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee hopes that businesses, philanthropists, and people from all walks of life will continue to promote their responsibilities, actively support materially and spiritually to accompany the province to prevent and repel the Covid-19 epidemic.
