Nghe An: Highlights on December 25

*Cafternoon December 25,National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hueattended the plenary session of the Workshop "Vietnam Tourism - Recovery and Development" chaired by the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Nghe An province.

The workshop was attended by nearly 200 delegates representing scientists, managers, experts, businesses, associations, and organizations operating in the field of domestic and international tourism directly in Nghe An and on online platforms. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the workshop was held in person in Cua Lo town - a major tourist center of Nghe An; and at the same time connected online with 19 bridges in key tourism provinces across the country.

Earlier, in the morning of the same day, the Workshop held a thematic session.

*Pperformance at the Special SessionVietnam Tourism Conference2021 held in Cua Lo town (Nghe An), comrade Doan Van Viet - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented viewpoints and some solutions to restore and develop Vietnam's tourism in the new context. Accordingly, there are 5 viewpoints, key principles, target orientations, tasks, solutions and implementation roadmap including: Opening, restoring tourism associated with epidemic prevention and control, risk and crisis management and implementation of Resolution 128.

*SOn December 25, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organizedCollective Review ConferenceStanding Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and individual members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union in 2021.

Speaking at the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and all levels of Youth Union in the province in implementing regulations on leadership and management, strengthening solidarity and collaboration to preserve moral qualities and promote the image of Youth Union cadres in the new situation.

*NOn December 25, in Noong Het district, Xieng Khouang province, Lao PDR, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security of Laos to organize the inauguration ceremony andhandover of office premisesfirst for the border police of Noong Het Tay.

The project is the result of a supplementary cooperation plan between the Ministry of Public Security of Laos and Vietnam, including the policy of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam helping the Ministry of Public Security of Laos to build 287 working offices of the Public Security of border villages. In Nghe An, 7 border Police headquarters have been built in Xieng Khouang district, Laos. After nearly a month of construction, the Noong Het Tay village Police headquarters has been completed. This working office was designed by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to be synchronized with the working offices of the Police of 6 villages in Xieng Khouang district.
