Previously, at 10:00 a.m. on December 27, after receiving information from the people about the subject PVQ (born 2006), residing in Vinh Son commune, Anh Son district, showing signs of storing a large amount of explosives to make homemade firecrackers, the Security Team of Anh Son district police, in coordination with Vinh Son commune police, inspected the house of subject PVQ. Here, they seized 01 iron box containing 1.2 kg of yellow powder (suspected to be homemade explosives), 20 homemade firecrackers and many other tools to make firecrackers.firecracker manufacturing.
Quickly investigating the subject, Anh Son District Police continued to expand the investigation, thereby discovering 21 rolls of paper (suspected to be homemade fireworks) at the house of PBH (born 2006), residing in Vinh Son Commune, Anh Son District, and 0.5 kg of yellow powder (suspected to be sulfur) and 0.5 kg of white powder (suspected to be KClO3) at the house of NVA (born 2007), residing in Vinh Son Commune, Anh Son District.

Through investigation, the subjects confessed that they watched videos on how to make firecrackers on the Internet, then ordered precursors and followed the instructions to make firecrackers for use and sale for profit during Tet.
