On the same afternoon, a truck with license plate 77C-15.414 pulling a trailer 77R-00681, driven by Nguyen Van Thau (36 years old), residing in Nhon Phuc commune, An Nhon town, was on provincial road 639B. When reaching the area of ​​Nhon Loc and Nhon Phuc communes, An Nhon town, the truck crashed into many vehicles on the road.

The consequences caused VTP (10th grade student, residing in Nhon Phuc commune) to die on the spot, 10 others were seriously injured and had to be hospitalized.

At the scene, along Provincial Road 639B, there were 9 collision points with damaged motorbikes and bicycles. After causing the accident, driver Nguyen Van Thau continued to drive away from the scene.
