Overview of violations at Truong Son Residential Area Project: Dissolved cooperative still uses legal entity and seal

(Baonghean.vn) - The Truong Son Residential Area Project (Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City) invested by Tien Luc Joint Stock Company was implemented on the land leased by the State to Truong Son Joint Stock Cooperative, paying annual land rent. Truong Son Joint Stock Cooperative was dissolved in 2012, however, until 2014, the seal and legal entity of this cooperative were still used to prepare project implementation documents.
