From 3:00 p.m. on January 11, each liter of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by 600 VND, RON 95 increased by 580 VND and oil increased by 620-660 VND per liter or kilogram.

According to the retail price management ofMinistry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline from 3:00 p.m. on January 11 after adjustment is 23,150 VND per liter (up 600 VND); RON 95 is 23,870 VND per liter (up 580 VND).

Prices of all petroleum products increased. Kerosene is 17,130 VND per liter, an increase of 620 VND. Diesel is 18,230 VND per liter, an increase of 660 VND. Madut is 16,360 VND per kilogram, an increase of 620 VND.

Thus, this is the second consecutive time since the end of December 2021 that domestic retail gasoline and oil prices have increased sharply again.

In this adjustment period, the joint ministries will not use the petroleum stabilization fund. Instead, they will increase the allocation of petroleum products to the stabilization fund.

Specifically, the fund deduction level for RON 95 gasoline is 450 VND per liter, E5 RON 92 is 100 VND per liter (a decrease of 200 VND per liter compared to the operating period on December 25, 2021). The fund deduction level for oil products is 100 - 500 VND per liter, kg depending on the type.
