At 9:15 p.m. on January 27, the Quynh Luu District Police Working Group and Quynh Chau Commune Police inspected activities at the facility.KaraokeGiot Dang is located in Hamlet 6, Quynh Chau Commune (Quynh Luu) and is owned by Mr. Dao Xuan Chuong.

After breaking into this karaoke establishment, the Working Group of Quynh Luu District Police and Quynh Chau Commune Police discovered a karaoke room with 4 people singing, including 3 men and 1 woman (of which 3 lived in Tan Son Commune and 1 lived in Quynh Chau Commune).
The working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations for the act of "Failure to implement the Decision to apply measures to temporarily suspend business and service activities in public places according to Decree 117/2020 of the Government" and is completing the dossier to submit to the Chairman of the District People's Committee to issue a decision on sanction.

Previously, on January 21, 2022, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district issued a decision to fine Mr. Ho Tri, residing in Quynh Chau commune, for his actions related to epidemic prevention and control work, allowing Karaoke 68 to operate, resulting in many positive cases of Covid-19, with a fine of 32.5 million VND.
