Hostile forces use all means to sabotage our country's revolution; the world and domestic situation is still complicated and unpredictable; natural disasters, storms, floods, droughts, epidemics occur frequently, especially the Covid-19 pandemic continues to develop complicatedly... greatly affecting the economy, society and people's lives.
In that situation, the Fatherland and the People are in great need of the dedication of the youth. I hope that the 101 young men who join the army this time will uphold the tradition of their homeland, the glorious tradition of previous generations, uphold the good nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", strive in all aspects, study hard, train, abide by the discipline of the Army and the People's Public Security, excellently complete all assigned tasks, and always be worthy of being young men of the Ho Chi Minh generation.
