(Baonghean.vn) - As of the afternoon of February 21st, only 3 wards in Vinh City – Le Mao, Trung Do, and Cua Nam – remain classified as red zones (level 4) according to Government Resolution 128.

The People's Committee of Vinh City recently issued document No. 63/TB-UBND dated February 21st regarding the announcement of epidemic levels in the area.Vinh CityUpdated as of 4 PM on February 21, 2022.

Accordingly, in Vinh City, only 3 wards remain at level 4 (red zone, very high risk), including: Le Mao, Trung Do, and Cua Nam.

All 22 remaining localities are at level 3 (orange zone), including: Truong Thi, Hung Binh, Nghi Phu, Ben Thuy, Hung Dung, Dong Vinh, Le Loi, Nghi An, Hung Hoa, Hung Loc, Quang Trung, Hung Dong, Vinh Tan, Nghi Lien, Doi Cung, Hung Phuc, Hong Son, Hung Chinh, Nghi Duc, Quan Bau, Ha Huy Tap, and Nghi Kim.

Thus, the Covid-19 situation in most localities within Vinh City has basically "cooled down," falling from level 4 back to level 3. However, in Ha Huy Tap and Nghi Kim wards, the situation has improved from level 2 (yellow zone) to level 3 (orange zone).
