The project "Enhancing access to law in the field of water resources protection in 5 mountainous communes of Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province" is implemented by Vinh University Legal Consulting Center in coordination with Thanh Chuong District People's Committee, Department of Justice, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Thanh Chuong District People's Court, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the district and People's Committees and People's Councils at all levels in the locality.

The project aims to raise awareness and legal responsibility for people in protecting the water environment, providing legal advice and assistance to people when they encounter problems with waste treatment, restoration and improvement of local water resources. The project also assesses the current state of understanding of environmental protection policies of local people to support local authorities in developing policies for water resource management and protection; and makes recommendations to improve the law on environmental protection in general.

At the workshop, in addition to the introduction of the Project Management Board, many presentations were presented, which received the majority of approval from the participating delegates.
