Currently, the project is accelerating the progress of phase II, with a total value of over 500 billion VND, including land leveling, asphalt paving, and tree planting. The project has invested over 1 billion VND to clear the landfill at the beginning of the road leading to Dien Van commune. Notably, over 100 billion VND is being invested in the construction of a large commercial center and sports complex with numerous amenities.

Mr. Tang Van Luyen, Chairman of the Dien Chau District People's Committee, added: The Hai Van urban area is one of the three major urban areas in Dien Chau district, with systematic investment, and is a highlight contributing to the socio-economic development of the coastal region.

Currently, Mr. Nguyen Hai Van - Director of Hai Van Co., Ltd. - is proposing to the Dien Chau District People's Committee and relevant departments the construction of a bridge over 100 meters long across the Dien Van River, connecting Highway 48 to the Dien Ky salt warehouse. This bridge would link the project area with neighboring communes such as Dien Hai, Dien Bich, and Dien Van. Besides serving the project, this bridge would also enhance the landscape and significantly improve transportation for the coastal communes, thereby reducing traffic congestion on the Dien Ngoc and Dien Kim roads in Dien Chau District.
