The founder of the brand "Thuy - Danh"

Few people know that to achieve the success they have today, Mr. Tran Duc Danh - Director of Truong An Company Limited (Thuy - Danh) and his wife, Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy - Deputy Director of the Company, had to go through many difficulties and challenges.

After returning to his hometown after being discharged from the army, he struggled to do all kinds of jobs. From 1997 to 1999, with the little money he had saved and borrowed, Tran Duc Danh and his wife boldly developed a small-scale family business of transporting goods and construction materials.

With a keen business sense, realizing the growing demand for construction materials market, on May 19, 2005, the couple decided to establish Truong An Company Limited with the brand name Thuy - Danh (the couple's name), located in Hamlet 2, Van Son Commune, DistrictDo Luong.By 2006, the company registered to lease land and moved to a location in the small Industrial Park of Do Luong town.

The company was initially established with many difficulties, but he and his wife still boldly developed the profession. In the industrial park, he invested in building a machinery chain, producing stamped corrugated iron, purlins, rolled corrugated iron, rolled steel... The products were mainly made to order for the whole province.

With continuous efforts, Truong An Company Limited (Thuy - Danh) has become the official distributor of products of famous brands such as: Vicem Hoang Mai Cement, Song Lam Cement, Long Son Cement, Nghi Son Cement, especially Kyoei steel, Japanese steel, Tisco steel, Viet Duc square steel...

To expand his business, he invested in a fleet of trucks to transport cement and steel products, serving the entire province (mainly level I agents). Always putting credibility first, no matter where the project is, from the plains to the remote mountainous districts, when accepting to transport goods, "Thuy-Danh" trucks always meet the deadline and reasonable prices. Since then, the Thuy-Danh brand has become more and more known to customers in localities across the province.

Multi-industry development

Mr. Tran Duc Danh - Director of Truong An Company Limited (Thuy - Danh) shared: To meet the needs of construction and development of large infrastructure in Nghe An, in recent years, we have continued to implement projects, such as specializing in the production and supply of ready-mixed concrete to serve Nghe An. Specifically, in 2017, the unit continued to register to rent land in Hamlet 8, Thinh Son Commune, to carry out production.ready-mixed concreteproducts and construction materials business.

Continuing in 2018, the Company rented land in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district; in 2020, it rented land in Hoa Son commune, Anh Son district to invest in the production of commercial ready-mixed concrete and piles. The ready-mixed concrete production line was invested in a modern and synchronous manner, with 47 tank trucks, 13 boom pumps, and 2 static pump trucks with a boom length of 150 meters. At the time of its establishment, the Company only had 10 trucks, but now it has over 100 trucks transporting all kinds of construction materials.

In order to proactively provide raw materials for commercial concrete production lines in the above 3 localities, in 2019, Truong An Company Limited (Thuy - Danh) participated in exploiting stone and sand quarries in Do Luong, Anh Son and Nghi Loc districts. During the exploitation process, the company always strictly complies with labor safety for workers, exploiting according to the mine design process. As for the stone quarry, it is cut into layers, there is a road for official vehicles to go up to the top of the mining area, ensuring absolute safety for workers. For sand exploitation, all registration, inspection and ship driving license procedures are fully complied with...

Not stopping at construction materials, in 2021, Truong An Company Limited (Thuy - Danh) boldly invested in the garment sector. Currently, it has completed the construction of a garment factory in Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province with a modern technological line, with a scale of over 3,000 workers. At the same time, building a commercial center in Anh Son district town...

Up to now, Truong An Company Limited (Thuy - Danh) has achieved revenue of 1,500 billion VND, paid taxes of 20 billion VND/year, created stable jobs for over 500 employees with salaries from 8 - 15 million VND/person/month. The company has paid social insurance for 75% of the above employees. Every year, the company allocates more than 1 billion VND to join hands with society to help those in difficult circumstances and build charity houses.
