Conference on developing party organizations in private economic units in the Central Highlands - Central region cluster
(Baonghean.vn) - The conference took place on the morning of March 16, in Nha Trang city - Khanh Hoa province, organized by the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc, the Party Committee of the agencies and enterprises of the Central and Central Highlands provinces.
The conference was attended by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office, leaders of departments, branches, sectors, districts of Khanh Hoa province and more than 100 delegates from 13/19 units in the region. The Nghe An delegation was led by comrade Tran Quang Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee.

The conference is an annual activity of the region, organized in a rotating format for over 20 years; it is a forum for the Party Committees of the Bloc to exchange and share experiences in Party building work, difficulties and obstacles in leadership and direction of the implementation of political tasks of the Party Committee, contributing to the building of a strong and clean Party organization, leading the excellent completion of professional tasks, maintaining political stability, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in each province and city as well as in the entire Central and Central Highlands regions.
The Party Committee of the Business Bloc of the provinces and cities in the Central Highlands region currently manages more than 1,344 grassroots Party organizations with nearly 52,132 Party members and over 323,500 workers. This is the core force promoting production, attracting investment, contributing to economic growth and creating jobs for the entire region.

Speaking at the Conference, comrade Tran Quang Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Enterprises said: The development of Party organizations and Party members in private enterprises is of interest to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; The Provincial Party Committee issued Project 5155 on "Developing Party organizations and Party members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in Nghe An province in the period of 2014 - 2020"; in 2020, issued Conclusion No. 189-KL/TU on "Continuing to implement the Project on developing Party organizations and Party members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises".

On that basis, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc established a Steering Committee to implement the Project; advised the Executive Committee to issue a Resolution.“Developing and improving the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members in enterprises in the period 2021-2026 and the following years”; focus on synchronous solutions to effectively implement the motto "towards the grassroots", "accompanying the grassroots"... In the years from 2014 to 2021, 10 new grassroots party organizations and 01 party cell under the grassroots party committee were established in private enterprises (accounting for 22.45% of the total number of newly established party organizations in the whole province); 624 new party members were admitted (accounting for 63.6% of the number of newly admitted party members of party organizations in private economic units in the whole province)...
The conference unanimously recognized that private enterprises are growing strongly and contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the locality in particular and the country in general. Therefore, the important task of the Party Committee of the Local Enterprise Bloc is to continue to advise and propose to the Provincial Party Committee, recommend the Central Government to pay attention to removing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process and be an important bridge contributing to connecting, supporting and accompanying enterprises in general and private enterprises in particular to overcome difficulties and challenges in the current period.
At the end of the Conference, the units in the cluster chose to hand over the flag to host the 2023 conference to the Party Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Business Bloc.
