Donating 5 tons of bananas to hospitals in Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 19th, the Youth Union branches of the Department of Finance, Transport, Planning and Investment, and Nghe An Radio and Television Station visited several hospitals in the province to donate 5 tons of bananas, contributing to supporting doctors, nurses, and patients.
In response to the campaign ofProvincial Youth Union Standing CommitteeIn Nghe An, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agencies' Youth Union, in its efforts to support the consumption of farmers' products, has contacted and connected with Youth Union branches in provinces across the country to provide support and help farmers sell their produce.
In Ninh Thuan province, faced with the situation where traders stopped buying bananas for export to China, many farmers abandoned their orchards and let the bananas rot. Youth Union branches stepped in to help,rescue"Five tons of bananas will help local people get through this difficult period."

After participating in the "rescue" effort for farmers in Ninh Thuan, these 5 tons of bananas were transported to several hospitals in Nghe An province, including: Nghe An Mental and Neurological Rehabilitation Center for War Invalids and Veterans, Vinh City General Hospital; Nghe An General Hospital, Mental Hospital; Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital; Field Hospital No. 8, and Oncology Hospital.

Although the gift may not be large, it serves as a source of spiritual encouragement, demonstrating the care and compassion of youth union members towards patients undergoing treatment at hospitals, helping them overcome illness and recover quickly to return to their loving families.

Upon receiving the bananas, representatives from the hospitals expressed their gratitude to the Youth Union branches and promised to distribute all the bananas to the wards and departments to give to patients.
